Utility Billing

If service is restored after 5:00 pm a reconnection fee of $50.00 will be added to your account. You may pay your utility bill with a debit or credit card. To reconnect service, please call (210) 619-1200. Calls will be answered between 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

Please note that if your service has been disconnected, any request for service restoration after 9:00 pm will be honored the next business day.
