If your water service is suspended for non-payment and payment is made between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the day of suspension, a $50.00 after-hours reconnection fee will be added to your account if you want to restore services. This after-hours restoration option is only available on the day services are suspended for non-payment. Payments may be made using a debit or credit card.
After making your payment, please call (210) 619-1200 to request service restoration. Please have your payment confirmation number available.
Please note that any reconnection request received after 9:00 PM will be restored the next business day.
